COMMISSION PLANS:

Plan A - QUALITY Brokerage Leads Provided

• 85% straight commission split on your own agent generated leads
• 50% straight commission split on brokerage leads that you choose to accept (brokerage leads are QUALITY, either showing requests or listing requests, no website registrations!)
• Small Monthly office bill which covers several things most agents pay out of pocket for, including E & O insurance, REALTOR.COM, CSS, Email, CRM
• Potential to earn well over $100K!

Plan B - Transaction Based

• NO COMMISSION SPLITS! Just a $300 transaction fee for each closing (buy/sell) or $50/Lease!
• Small Monthly office bill which covers several things most agents pay out of pocket for, including E & O insurance, REALTOR.COM, CSS, Email, CRM
• Yearly cap at $15,000 in transaction fees - never pay more to the brokerage regardless of how many closings you complete in 1 year!

Plan C - Leasing Agents with Quality Brokerage Leads Provided

• Receive quality brokerage lease leads
• 85% straight commission split on your own generated leads
• 60% straight commission split on brokerage generated lease you choose to accept
• Capability to work your own agent generated sales leads
• Possiblity of occassional brokerage generated buy and sell leads

REQUIREMENTS:

• You MUST be a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas with strong sales experience in real estate or another field
• You MUST have strong ethics with a personal commitment to always do the right thing for your client
• You MUST be a professional, which goes beyond your wardrobe and the type of care you drive. You have a professional demeanor and are passionate about learning, always striving to improve your skills and knowledge in the real estate world
• You MUST obtain a commercial auto policy rider to your insurance account
• You MUST be thoroughly proficient with technology, with a high tech home office, high speed internet, and a smart phone with both email and web capabilities
• You MUST be goal-oriented and self-motivated
