Must be currently licensed in Texas and Eager To Close Deals!

- 85% commission split on your own leads
- 50% Split on Brokerage Supplied Leads
- 5-7 Quality Leads Average Per Month
- Experience working with a virtual team of well respected real estate professionals.
- We are not a "discount" brokerage. So your split is based off of the FULL commission for the transaction.

Requirements
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong ethics with a personal committment to always do the right thing for your client
- Active Texas Real Estate License
- Excellent local area knowledge
- Sales experience and a strong desire to succeed
- Professionalism and attention to service
- Must be computer and Internet savvy
- Comfortable in a very fast-paced, ever changing environment
- Self-motivated and organized, consistently setting and achieving goals
- Ability to work in a rapidly expanding business environment
- Commercial Automobile Insurance
- Home office with high speed Internet access
- Must be available on nights and weekends for your clients
- Must be goal driven and hungry to close deals!
